Services

Energy & AI infrastructure services

Two service groups built on the same foundation: deep power systems expertise, applied from power and site sourcing through grid interconnection, development and delivery.

Group 1

AI & data centre infrastructure

Power & site sourcing

Powered land, existing facilities, colocation, powered shells and industrial conversions, screened for power that can actually be delivered.

Data centre infrastructure

Coordination of electrical distribution, cooling, modular and colocation solutions around the site's power profile.

AI / HPC infrastructure

Requirements for high-density GPU deployments, direct-to-chip liquid cooling and CDU integration, coordinated with specialist partners.

Grid & interconnection

Large-load grid capacity assessment, WECC composite load modelling, utility coordination and power delivery scheduling.

Development & delivery

Feasibility, due diligence, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Have a site or capacity?

We are sourcing power-ready infrastructure from 1 MW to 50+ MW.

Group 2

Energy & grid infrastructure

Our renewable energy and grid work: technical accuracy, regulatory compliance and on-time delivery, backed by detailed grid modelling and local market knowledge.

Renewable energy

Development support for utility-scale solar and wind: site selection, environmental coordination, permitting and approvals.

Battery storage

Technical support and permitting for standalone and hybrid storage, including the 300 MW / 1,200 MWh Hagersville BESS.

Power systems

Power system planning, market dynamics analysis, thermal analysis, short-circuit and transient stability, and HVDC protection design.

Grid studies

Wide-area and risk analysis, injection and thermal capability studies, scenario modelling, and site and POI-level analysis.

Interconnection

Feasibility studies, application preparation and deficiency response, and detailed modelling in PSS/E and PSCAD, with application automation.

Utility coordination

Liaison with utilities, system operators (AESO, IESO) and regulators, including Need Identification Documents and regulatory filings.

Transmission / substation

Transmission network upgrade analysis, network upgrade cost estimation and connection planning.

Operational optimization

Curtailment and congestion risk analysis, and market forecasting to improve operating revenue.

Construction management

Engineering and design, construction oversight, equipment installation and commissioning, and quality and schedule control.

Site & grid screening

Whether the project is a generation facility or a large AI load, we start with a clear picture of what a site can support.

  1. Initial consultation: goals, timeline and constraints.
  2. Site & POI screening: candidate sites and points of interconnection evaluated for capacity and risk.
  3. Grid capacity review: thermal limits and likely network upgrades.
  4. Power delivery outlook: realistic energization timing, utility and on-site options.
  5. Risk & cost summary: key risks, upgrade cost ranges and next steps.

Service FAQs

How do you price your services?

Most engagements are scoped as a fixed fee per study or phase. Ongoing development support can also be arranged on a monthly or time-and-materials basis. Contact us with your project details for a proposal.

Can you take over a project that is already in development?

Yes. We can review existing studies and applications, identify gaps and take over interconnection, permitting or development work at any stage.

Do you work with landowners and property owners?

Yes. If you own land or an industrial facility with power potential, we can assess its suitability for energy or AI infrastructure development.

Do you manage construction on projects you did not develop?

Yes. Our construction management and delivery services are available on their own.

Ready to discuss your project?

From power and site identification to commissioning, we help projects reach the grid and come online.
