Power determines what AI infrastructure can be built.
For AI infrastructure, power availability determines what can be built, where it can be built and how quickly it can come online. Greenfinity combines power systems expertise, site sourcing and development capability to help AI/HPC users and infrastructure partners identify and deliver scalable capacity.
From power to deployment
AI infrastructure starts with power. We start with the grid.
Power
Utility capacity, behind-the-meter and on-site generation.
Power-ready sites
Powered land, powered shells, existing facilities and industrial conversions.
Data centre infrastructure
Electrical distribution, cooling, modular and colocation capacity.
AI / HPC deployment
High-density compute brought online on a realistic power schedule.
Finding power that is real, and sites that can use it
We screen and source sites based on what the grid, or on-site generation, can actually deliver, and on what timeline.

- Utility capacity
- Powered land
- Existing facilities
- Colocation
- Powered shell
- Industrial conversion
- Behind-the-meter generation

Infrastructure for high-density compute
AI and HPC deployments place very different demands on electrical and cooling infrastructure than traditional enterprise IT. We coordinate and integrate these requirements with specialist designers, vendors and delivery partners; we do not manufacture the systems ourselves.
- High-density GPU deployments
- Direct-to-chip liquid cooling
- CDU integration
- High-capacity electrical distribution
- Modular AI data centres
- Rapid deployment strategies
Large-load interconnection, done properly
Our grid work is where Greenfinity started. For data centre loads, we assess grid capacity, model the load to utility standards and coordinate with the utility or system operator through approval.
- Grid capacity assessment
- Interconnection studies
- WECC composite load modelling (PSS/E CMLDXXU2)
- PSS/E / PSCAD
- Utility coordination
- Power delivery schedule
- Interconnection cost assessment

From feasibility to commissioning
We carry projects through the full development lifecycle, coordinating designers, contractors and suppliers so that power, building and IT infrastructure come together on schedule.
- Site feasibility
- Due diligence
- Design coordination
- Permitting
- Procurement
- Construction
- Commissioning

AI infrastructure FAQs
How much power can the grid deliver to my site?
It depends on local transmission capacity, existing load and planned upgrades. Our site power screening gives an early indication for each candidate site before detailed studies begin.
Can you support behind-the-meter or on-site generation?
Yes. Where utility power is limited or slow to arrive, we assess behind-the-meter and on-site generation options, including CHP, alongside grid supply.
Do you design or supply liquid cooling and GPU systems?
No. We coordinate and integrate these requirements with specialist designers, vendors and delivery partners as part of the overall infrastructure plan.
What is the WECC composite load model?
It is a dynamic load model used in western North American grid studies to represent how loads respond to grid disturbances. Utilities increasingly require it for large loads such as data centres.
What information do you need to start?
Candidate site locations, target load (MW) and ramp-up schedule, and any existing utility correspondence. We can start with less and refine as the project develops.
Looking for AI / HPC capacity?
Tell us your target load, timeline and preferred regions, and we will tell you what the grid and available sites can support.
